For this recipe you’ll need :
- A blender (I use the Ninja)
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips to taste(I got those at Costco and they are vegan)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 75 ml of your favorite non-dairy milk (I used almond milk this time but it’s good with coconut milk)
- 2 dates (These are optional but they add an extra sweetness)
Tip ! Be sure to chose riped bananas because they will be sweeter and they are actually really good for you! Riped bananas contains more antioxidants and they have anti-cancer properties.
Just throw everything in the blender and blend until the texture is smooth. Don’t over blend or it will be all liquid and it will melt quicker.
Voilà! Your nice cream is ready! Enjoy this sweet snack straight from Heaven!
